To make it clear what is the meaning of this ticket I try to clarify:
We are big organization with big data and some of our data can not be
published from PostGIS because of this error.
Problem geometries are valid geometries.
Web services are regularly using ST_Intersects function, but because of
this ticket-problem:
1. ST_Intersects doesn't return all geometries it should.
or
2. complete ST_Intersects-query returns error that is shouldn't return.
These two erroneous results practically prevent publishing some valid data
and prevent using PostGIS professionally to important data.
I can see many less important tickets ahead of this and I would like you
guys look this ticket a bit more serious. No harsh meaning, but just say
this after 8 months waiting.
