 It looks like the Basic Settings for the Gitea repo need a bit of
 attention. These are found at https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis
 then click [Settings] at the top right side.

  Description:: Change from "[mirror] of postgis code -- original is in
 https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis" [[br]]
     To (suggested) "PostGIS spatial database extension to PostgreSQL"
  Official Site:: Similar to #4112, this should be `https://postgis.net`
