New description:

Currently the default for building the doc is a single page called
postigs.html. This causes some minor problems:
 * not being called `index.html` it is not rendered by default in apache
 * being pretty large it requires a long time to load and render.
Packages (e.g. Debian) take the default.
I suggest therefore to use the target `html-chunked` as a default, and
 rename the output.
