 Next to fix is the raster CTEs.  I'm holding off on putting in a fix such
 as offset 0 or switching to using LATERAL for these to see if they make
 any changes to my over-dramatized complaint

 If they fix the functional expansion thing to not inline, then the tests
 should just start passing on their own.  I haven't looked to see what dirt
 sits under the topology covers, but I expect there to be some.
