 I am having some issues displaying ST_AsMVT created tiles in Mapbox.

 This applies specifically to fill-extrusions (e.g. 3D buildings) in
 Mapbox. When rendering these tiles to foreground extrusions are missing.

 I believe this to be a PostGIS issue because generating tiles from the
 same data in Mapnik renders correctly.

 I've attached an image of a Polygon with fill-extrusion created from a
 PostGIS tile and a Mapnik tile from the same data source.

 Could it be the case that the Polygon is created in a format which does
 not render correctly in Mapbox?
