 This came up for discussion on https://github.com/appropriate/docker-
 postgis/issues/143 and PostGIS Development list:

 Regardless of if we adopt this particular image, it does make sense that
 we should have a docker image available for users, if not for anything
 else but testing our upgrade processes.
