 I don't know if this is an issue with the parallel build.  That's the only
 real difference I see between dronie/woodie setup and the other cis.

 The other cis were able to pick up this docbook check error:

 But dronie and woodie showed green lights.

 except for failure in pg14 which looks unrelated
