 trisquel2 is based has proj < 6 (I think it's 5.2) so too old to test 3.4.

 Rather than mess with it I created a trisquel3 which is based in
 kpengboy/trisquel:10.0 (and postgresql packages for focal).

 I've added to here https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis-
 docker/src/branch/master/build-test/Dockerfile.trisquel3  and running the
 build now.

 Once it's done building, I'll put it to work in master.
