 I have a similar problem with the https://github.com/postgis/docker-
 postgis project.

 and an extra line is solving the test.

 `projsync --system-directory --all`

 but then the `postgis/postgis:15-master` image size

 increasing from 555MB ----> ~ 1.28GB

 ( so I need a less space-consuming solution / workaround . )
