 Some builders MIGHT be using it, like Winnie is (see #5537)

 The new way to deal with XML is XML catalogs and xsltproc will honour a
 XML_CATALOG_FILES environment variable to point to custom catalogs (by
 default /etc/xml/catalog is used)
