Comment:

 I'm closing this as we don't have enough information about how weblate was
 configured at that time. Right now weblate will automatically update the
 .po files whenever changes to the .pot file are detected and commit
 [2bc1a49cbc656641b5e62fc2f8e4dd145be58719/git] is an example of that
