 By reading the content/ci/ci-status.js I've understood a ci/status.json is
 required at deploy time but there's no mention of this in the README
 (under "Production publishing"). I think it's due.

 NOTE: there's a `ci` Makefile target that seems to be aimed at producing
 and deploying that file
