Comment (by strk):

 I've imported all the edges from your sql into a new topology, and
 verified I got no drift (I had to order by edge_id descending or I was
 getting an additional snap otherwise, despite tolerance=0). This is how I
 did it:
 {{{
 select createtopology('t6129', 4258);
 select topogeo_addlinestring('t6129', geom, 0) from edges_face_101383
 order by edge_id desc;
 }}}

 This is how I verified all edges in the resulting topology had an equal
 edge in the source set:
 {{{
 select e.edge_id from t6129.edge e where not exists ( select * from
 edges_face_101383 o where o.geom = e.geom ); -- 0 rows returned, OK
 select e.edge_id from t6129.edge  e where not exists ( select * from
 t6129.edge o where o.geom = e.geom ); -- o rows returned, OK
 }}}

 The resulting topology is reported to be valid (no rows from `SELECT
 ValidateTopology`)
 I'm attaching the pgtopo_export of it.
