[postgis] [Freegis-list] Structured Geografic Language for GIS

Sorry for the off-topic, just to explain it a little more: LEGAL means "Spatial Language for Algebraic Geoprocessing" - it's based on a map algebra for geographic fields proposed by Câmara (1995).
