[postgis-users] Installation problem

When i follow Windows Installation Tips on PostGIS web site, i got the 
error messages below 


chmod: changing permissions of `/usr/bin/#inst.2544#': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [install] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/postgresql-7.2.1-2/contrib/postgis-0.7.1/lo
ader'
make: *** [install] Error 2


what should i do to fix it, thanks!
