[postgis-users] PostGIS connect from AV3.2 to Postgres??

I was wondering if anyone had started any work on a functionality to reverse 
the widget that Armin Berger created. i.e., instead of refreshing the arcview 
layer from the postGIS databse, to refresh the postGIS database from ArcView??

I am going to begin working on something like this, but wanted not to 
duplicate anyone elses work if there was someone out there who wanted to share 
some code.

My guess is it could be done by pretty much doing the same thing as Armin did 
in reverse, i.e. use shp2psql on the client side, then ship the resultant to a 
function iniside the postgreSQL database which would update relevant features, 
and add new ones.
