[postgis-users] 7.3 Undef Support

More file reorganziation was required, but CVS now has 7.3 support which 
includes a working postgis_undef.sql script, per request. We now have 
quite a passel of sql.in files, 2 for each version plus one common one. 
Version 7.4 will probably break the camels back, and we'll have to suck 
it up and have one sql.in for each version with no common files 
(function definition syntax is drifting, and will by 7.4 will probably 
not be sufficiently compatible with 7.1 syntax).

Testing is appreciated, as always. A 7.1 test would be nice, as I have 
only tested against 7.2 and 7.3.
