[postgis-users] Warning to Developers using CVS

Anyone who is currently doing development in CVS:
I am about to commit a batch of changes into CVS stripping out all the
DOS carriage returns from the source files. If you are in the middle of
development in the CVS sandbox on files, which will cause alot of
conflicts with your source, unless you also strip the carriage returns
from the files you are working on. If you get a large number of
conflicts when doing an update, please strip your files of CRs and try
again.
