[postgis-users] error in README.postgis

Around line 58 of README.postgis (at least in the archive
"postgis-0.7.3.tar.gz" that I downloaded this weekend), you forget to
specify that 
psql -f spatial_ref_sys.sql -d yourdatabase
should be run after
psql -f postgis.sql -d yourdatabase

Not being a C programmer, I'd be happy to contribute to the project by
improving the documentation. Who should get these modifications?
