[postgis-users] Mapserver mail list?

I saw someone previously mention they cross-posted and it was a
mapserver-related topic - is there a mapserv list?  I tried signing up at
umn, but when i queried the lists, it only returned test - no mapserv list.

This should be OK it was hard to say from the error message

you are getting further into the build process

You must have installed cygipc else Postgres wouldn't be running

but configure is failing because ld cannot find libcygipc.a
does  /usr/local/lib/libcygipc.a  exist ??
