[postgis-users] PHP-Mapscript

Hello, I'am trying to install Mapserver 3.6.3 with Postgis support.

PostgreSQL and PostGis are runing under cygwin in a win2k machine.  
I have two problems:

1 - I need a PHP-Mapscritp version with postgis support under win2k. (a 
php_mapserver.dll)
2 - When i try to open a postgis layer with mapserver 3.6.3 with 
postgis support the result image is empty.

Somebody can help me??
