When I first saw "right", I though you were referencing "fixing up the 
built-into-postgresql geometry types"!

There's nothing important in postgis_debug.c, so dont worry about
anything
in it.  BYTE_ORDER was supposed to be defined somewhere in the
postgres.h file.
