[postgis-users] Postgis and Postgres with Cygwin

Hi everybody,

I tried and tried and tried again to install Postgis
under Windows Xp, and it does not want to work.
I always get the same error message:

I trie all solutions proposed here (patchs etc....)
What could it be?
