Hello,

I have installed Cygwin on my PC (Windows XP). I connect to PostgreSQL 7.2.1
with PostGIS 0.8, located on a server (Debian Woody). Now, if I execute
in psgl (version 7.4) the commands like \d or \df (commands of the categorie
"Informational"), I get the following error:
parser: parse error at or near "."
or
parser: parse error at or near "("

Any suggestions? Thanks for any help in advance.
