[postgis-users] cannt connect in mapserver

Unfortunately, mapserver 4.0 is eating error messages. I sent a message 
to the mapserver mailing list, and I think they are going to be fixing 
it real soon.

Once they fix this, you'll be able to see that actual postgis 
connector's error message.  Once you have that, it should be really easy
to find whats going on.

But, it probably in your connect string (or your database not accepting 
connections).
