[postgis-users] Intersection ion 0.7.4 ???

Right, patience!
I added the OGC test files in anticipation of having all the functions. 
We are getting closer to having those functions in GEOS, and having 
GEOS integrated into PostGIS, but we are not there yet. Soon!
