If you mean attribute data, then an ODBC link should be sufficient. If 
you mean spatial data then the answer is ... maybe.

The FME (www.safe.com) now supports PostGIS data sets, and I think there 
is a way to hook FME data sources into MapInfo. It would take some 
research to figure out.
