[postgis-users] Updated Cygwin PostGIS installer

Hello All,

an updated version of the Cygwin PostGIS (0.7.5-14) installer is
available from

http://dcmms.sourceforge.net/postgis_installer.php

This installer works with the Cygwin PostgreSQL version 7.3.4-2

Uninstallation works now via "Add or Remove Programs" from the Windows
Control Panel. The password of the Windows user "postgres" is now 
Dcmms{1}. In addition, some minor bugs have been fixed and the PostGIS
elephant logo is displayed in the Installer.

The unistallation leaves the postgresql/data folder untouched to prevent
the loss of data.
