[postgis-users] pgsql2shp multilinestring problem

hi,

i have a rivers geometry which is multilinestring and consists of around 900
features. after exporting them to shape using pgsql2shp about half of the
features look wrong. the thing is, that in this cases the last point of the
line is connected with the first one. this is not the case in postgis. when
viewing the rivers with mapserver everything is right.

there are some other multilinestring geometries like streets and borders.
when exporting them to shape everything is fine, too.

so what's wrong with my rivers???
