[postgis-users] Initial LWGEOM implemenation next week!

I've been working very hard getting the LWGEOM stuff up-and-running.
At this stage I need to do some clean up, more testing, and provide a 
few conversion functions.

Currently:

1. WKB parser
2. WKT parser (thanks to Ralph Mason)
3. Indexing
4. WKB writer
5. WKB reader
6. user-friendly API
7. BOX2DFLOAT4 type

The index is about 30-40% smaller than the PostGIS version, and small 
geometries are significantly smaller.

The initial release will definately be "beta".
