[postgis-users] RH9 install via RPM

OK, so I was wrong.  I had an older version of curl/curl-devel, those 
went.  Also, vorbis-tools and grip.

vorbis-tools and grip both reinstalled with the new curl stuff just 
fine, as one would expect.
