[postgis-users] PgSQL 7.4 SRPM

I have placed a PgSQL 7.4 SRPM in the usual place, for anyone who wants 
to compile it. Note that this is 7.4, not 7.4.1, as there is not higher 
version SRPM for me to base my postgis modification on. Should be some 
7.4.2 SRPMS out soon though, and I will do a new one at that time.
