Hi Mario,

These problems you have posted are related to PostgreSQL and not
PostGIS, so you would get a better response if you post to one of the
PostgreSQL mailing lists. You can find the documentation for tsearch2
which explains the meaning of the "could not find tsearch config by
locale" message at
