I’ve just release a new version of my project MapLink which is a web based client for OGC Web Map Servers, php/mapscript and spatial enabled databases (PostGIS). It provides an HTML / javascript interface for querying wms servers/mapscript and querying/inserting/updating features in PostGreSQL/PostGIS.
