[postgis-users] Installing PostGIS

IF you install the source RPM, and the postgres devel package, you may 
have a shot at adding the patch.  Otherwise, the later comments about 
removing the existing RPM and reinstalling from tarball are sound.  I've 
done it that way and it works.
