Hi,

There were a number of changes at 4.4.8 release related to support of
prime meridians.  You would need to ensure you got the latest SPATIAL_REF_SYS
table definitions if you are using PROJ.4.4.8 with PostGIS.  The old definitions
were improperly translated though in some cases the prime meridian were
compensated for by another bug.
