[postgis-users] features to be implemented before 1.0

Hi list,

at the MUM2/OSGIS meeting Paul Ramsey explained the current PostGIS 
version number 0.8.2 as a stable production release, but not yet 1.0, as 
the full set of features they want to implement before 1.0 is not there 
yet.

Is there a list somewhere of these missing features which, when 
implemented, would make the release 1.0?
