Storage of near real-time oceanic observations as well as model
forecasting (ocean condition prediction).  Point data and gridded data.

>     Why did you choose PostGIS?

Works hand in hand w/ MapServer.  Open source.  Awesome spatial
functionality.

>     What makes you happy about your PostGIS installation?

Rinse and repeat.

>     What makes you unhappy about your PostGIS installation?

Would like to have multi-type composite keys (e.g. gid + btree).

Awesome product.
