[postgis-users] 7.4.1 RPMS

I have updated the RPMS available (SRC and Fedora right now) to 7.4.1 
(just in time for the 7.4.2 release). I am working off of the Fedora 
SRPMs as a base, so I only release a new version when they do, not when 
PgSQL does. RH7.3 binaries will be along shortly. Those wanting Mandrake 
/ RH9, please build from SRPMS and contact me so I can publish them.
