[postgis-users] ERROR: relation "Linienzug" does not exit

If you do a "\d" command in psql, you should see your 'Linienzug' table.

If you do, then its probably because you have a capital letter ("L") in 
you table name.

try (note the ""):

INSERT INTO "Linienzug" (oid,Name,Geom) VALUES...
