[postgis-users] WSDL & PostGIS

Hey,

I am currently working on smething like that. I am using php Nusoap
library (http://sourceforge.net/projects/nusoap/) to expose certain
functions on a postgis db abstraction layer (work in progress). Not sure
if this is what you are looking for, but I have already successfully
done this, with a friend of mine in an open source project that we are
working on at http://kngforge.uwc.ac.za/nextgen using a C# (.Net and
Mono) client for language translations and offline content editing
talking to a MySQL db. 

I have also successfully used WSDL in a WMS client with UMN Mapserver...
