[postgis-users] Quick Note for XP Home Users and Win32

I figured that on the XP Pro version that the user created for the 
service in the MSI install would work fine. That's good to know. For 
me, with XP Home, however, "logon as service" tied to that new postgres 
user created in the install just did not seem to take 100%. It worked 
the first time, then I rebooted, and service would not start. I will 
probably go to XP Pro eventually.
