[postgis-users] Quick Note for XP Home Users and Win32 PostgreSQL8.0 beta 1 installer

is there one place to get the latest & greatest postGIS windows
installer? i've tried the dcmms  ver & it tells me its:

postgis_version="0.9 USE_GEOS=1 USE_PROJ=1 USE_STATS=1"
postgis_lib_vversion="0.8.2"
postgis_proj+version="2.0.0"
postgis_proj_version="Rel. 4.4.8, 3 May 2004"
postgis_full_version="POSTGIS="0.8.2" GEOS="2.0.0" PROJ="Rel. 4.4.8, 3
May 2004" USE_STATS DBPROC="0.0.1" RELPROC="0.0.1"

the version numbers (0.9 vs 0.8.2)  are confusing me. is this the latest ver?

btw while it's nice to have a single installer bundle, it's also
pretty convenient to have a seperate postGIS installer.
