[postgis-users] PostGIS Documentation (a new FAQ for Linux compiling)

Hi Sandro, Hi Paul ,hi PostGIS Team :-)

Since a  lot of PostGIS' beginners ask for Build Instructions with PostGIS on Linux
I wonder if it could be able to put in postgis doc a example of compiling...for Red Hat and Debian and Suse
(for example)...

Then we will not have to give the solutions each time (problem with geos (ldconfig...), postgis.sql ($libdir)...and son on...)

Perhaps adding a FAQ for compiling in postgis doc...
