[postgis-users] problems installing postgis

it was the first thing iv done: i tried with: psql -f 
/home/luca/postgresql-7.4-7.4.8/postgresql-7.4.8/contrib/postgis-1.0.5/lwpostgis.sql

/home/luca/postgresql-7.4-7.4.8/postgresql-7.4.8/contrib/postgis-1.0.5 
is the path to the installation package (the source) where i find the 
files. The output was:

a similar thing happened when i tried to load the spatial_ref_sys.sql file
