[postgis-users] additional libraries for av_pgcon

I ran into trouble installing av_pgcon on a new machine (ArcView 3.3,
with latest version of av_pgcon ), and found that pgsql1shp.exe (windows
based) required a few additional libraries in order to operate. This
manifested itself in an error which read 

 

"could not create theme from defined parameters"

 

In the av_pgcon window. The layer loaded fine after putting the
following libs in the BIN32 directory:

libeay32.dll

libiconv-2.dll

ssleay32.dll

 

I can only assume that these libraries might be in my previous install
as a result of using postgresql on the client machine, or some other
open source tool.
