[postgis-users] HTML english documentation not available

What do you get if you go there and click on "HTML Documentation"?
I get sent to http://postgis.refractions.net/docs/ and that page
is just a file list with two entries:

postgis.pdf             20-Apr-2005 13:24  270K  
style.css               20-Apr-2005 05:13  453
