[postgis-users] ./configure failure on "yacc"

My configure (PostGIS 1.1..0) errors out on:

checking for yacc... no
configure: error: Can't find 'yacc'

I have bison installed instead and don't know how to get ./configure to use
that instead.  Should I even be using bison insead of yacc?

This is on Fedora Core 4.
