[postgis-users] Problem compiling PostGIS 1.10

Hello Group!
I have a problem in compiling postgis 1.10. I untared it in the sourcetree
of postgres 8.1.1, installed plpgsql, create a database 'postgis_reg', a
role 'root', all what it wantend ;)
Then i tried to to compile, which ends up in this errormessages:

So, what is going wrong?

System is SuSE 9.2, with Geos 2.1.2, Proj 4.4.1
