[postgis-users] Running PostGresql on Windows being an administrator

Hi there,

I'm trying to set up a web server on a cd using DwebPro. It seems ok, 
but when the user who runs the CD is an administrator, PG does not 
start. Is there a way to avoid this behavior ?
